We hope you enjoyed watching. One of our missions is to educate the black community on on the real deal when it comes to mental health issues. There are plenty of awareness campaigns out there - which are brilliant - however we find that they lack depth in explaining just exactly what each mental health problem is. We hope to chip away and break the unhealthy narratives of mental health by educating the community. #KnowledgeIsPower
